The Taste of Uganda

David Fresh Farms aims to grow produce to the highest quality - our greenhouse grown vegetables and herbs are often more than twice the size (and flavour) of those found in the local markets. Each piece is hand grown, inspected daily for quality to make sure that you, the consumer, get the best Uganda land has to offer.

Our produce grows in the vitamin and mineral rich soil of Luwero, north of Kampala. The farm is resourced by 3 natural watering points, giving us year round access to hydration and nutrients. We use only the highest standard of farming techniques, adhering to European levels of care, fertilising and pest control - meaning you get the freshest and best from us.

Fresh Tomatoes

Our juicy, red, vine grown tomatoes are a rich source of vitamins, essential to your daily diet. They are also some of the biggest locally grown tomatoes available, perfect for a crispy summer salad or a delicious home cooked comfort dish.

Fresh Peppers

Technically a fruit, red and yellow peppers are an excellent source of vitamins A and C. Each half cup of raw pepper provides you with 47 percent of your daily recommended intake of vitamin A and 159 percent of your vitamin C. And, as an added benefit, our greenhouse-grown peppers are extremely tasty!

Fresh Herbs

Fresh herbs like Basil not only add flavour to your meal, but they may help to prevent and manage heart disease, cancer and diabetes, and provide anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour properties. We grow our herbs in the best quality soil with the best quality care to make sure your meal is both tasty AND healthy.

Green Houses

We grow our produce in greenhouses to make sure we can give you the best quality product. A greenhouse gives us a longer growing season, weather protection and helps with pest prevention. Best of all, our produce grows over twice the size of non-greenhouse grown vegetables, giving us juicy, rich, crispy produce for your table.
